Setting up a My Account allows you to get the most from your Charter Services. My Account allows you to view up to date account information, make payments online and set up automatic payments.

Creating an online account allows you to create and manage Charter Email accounts including resetting passwords. My Account is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

All you need to get started with setting up a My Account is your 16 digit account number and your 4 digit security code. Both of these numbers can be found in the upper left corner of your paper billing statement.
