New Internet Customers: For new customers, or existing Internet customers interested in acquiring in-home wireless service, we recommend you purchase a wireless router from a retail outlet.

Existing Customers: Current Charter WiFi customers who move to our new pricing packages their Internet service should contact us for information pertaining to the possibility of maintaining their gateway (and wireless connectivity in the home).
