My Account
There are several ways to redeem your Coupon.
You can log into My Account and click the "Click here to redeem your COUPON or REBATE" button located at the bottom left of your Overview tab.

You will then be able to enter your coupon/rebate number

From this screen you can also view the status of the coupon/rebate number just entered to see if it has been previously used.
You can also check on your coupon/rebate redemption history.
Difficulty Redeeming
If you are having difficulty redeeming your coupon online, please Contact Us and a Customer Care Agent will be able to process the coupon for you.

Information
Cash Value
Coupons are not redeemable for cash.
Credit for Coupons
The system will validate your coupon and apply the necessary credit to your bill. We suggest you print the confirmation screen as a receipt for your records (this information will also be captured on the My Account Coupon Redemption History).
Current Promotions

Expiration Date
Coupons have an expiration date. Please redeem your coupon prior to the expiration date.
Online Order Bonus Gift
To be eligible for a bonus gift, your original order must be placed online. The bonus gift is a gift card you will select from a certain list of participating merchants. The amount of your gift card depends on the number of Charter services you purchase and will be mailed within four to six weeks after your services have been installed.
Redemption Requirements
Please wait 24-48 hours after your coupon requirements have been met before redeeming. Refer to your coupon instructions and disclaimer for specific requirements.
