Loading and First Time Use

• The application is free to download
• You must search for the Charter Communications Application through the Apple App Store, Blackberry App World or Android Market.
  • They can access the storefront through a computer, iPhone, or Blackberry or Android.
  • Downloading the application is a standard process that is regulated by Apple and Blackberry and Android.
  • For first time users, the application will have several requests for additional information:
  • Location: Ask to use your GPS or enter a Zip code
  • TV Listings: Will use the current location setting or allow user to change the location
  • On Demand or PPV Alerts: Require an email or mobile phone number to subscribe to alerts

TV Listings

• Allows user to view TV Programs for a specific headend and timeframe
• You can filter TV Programming information by subject (Sports, Movies, etc.)

Products and Services

• Product Information/Charter Newsletter
  • You can toggle between tabs
• The Product Information tab is viewable  after selecting the icon.
• You can review product information for Internet, Cable, Phone and Bundled Packages
  • Each product  information page  will provide
    • description of service
    • offerings
    • benefits
• Charter Newsletter: will allow you to view the most recent Charter eNewsletter

• FAQ’s, Pay Bill, Support Videos, and Contact information for Support
  • You can toggle between tabs
• The FAQ’s tab is viewable after selecting the icon.
• FAQ: You can find information on commonly asked questions
• Pay Your Bill: User will receive instructions for paying their bill online
• Customer Support:  User can call or find service locations

You can view News and Weather by selecting the icon.

You can toggle between News and Weather by selecting the News or Weather tabs.

• News: You can review top stories for: US, World, Political, Business, Entertainment, and Sports
• Weather: Provides you with local weather information and weather icons for each day (sun for sunny, raining cloud for rain, etc.). You can can change your city at any time by setting your location.

On Demand

• New Releases, On Demand top 10, or Alerts
  • You can toggle between tabs
• The New Releases is viewable after selecting the icon.
• New Releases: You can view Movie images trailers, titles, movie descriptions
• On Demand: Title and Trailer for top 10 On Demand categories
• Alerts: You can subscribe to alerts for upcoming On Demand or Pay Per View events
  • You can choose to be alerted via SMS text message or email.
