Online Ordering is available to New Customers, customer who do not currently have any services with Charter and Current Customers wishing to add at least one new line of service, add Charter phone, add Charter TV or add Charter Internet.
New Customers
Charter. com Online ordering allows new customers (customers who do not currently subscribe to any Charter services) to:
- Check Address for Available Service
- View current offers and promotions
- Place an Order for new service. Services that can be ordered online are phone, internet, and/ or TV.
Note: We do not currently offer the ability to change pending services packages online. If you have a pending online order and need to make changes or have questions please call 1-877-581-3485
Access Online Ordering
If you do not currently have Charter Services at your residence you can shop online by:
- Go to: charter.com
- Click on "New Customers"
- Enter your service address and zip
- Click "Find Deals"

You will be presenting with Service options. Follow the prompts to complete your online order.

Entering Address Help
Will the address search accept P.O. Box information?
Address cannot be done with Post office box numbers. A physical address is required. You do not need an exact match; however you will need to provide at least a street address and zip code for the system to find a match and/or a list of addresses.
Do I need the exact address to perform a search?
You do not need an exact address. If the system does not find an exact match, it will display a list of addresses for you to choose from. You must provide at least a street address and zip code for the system to find a match and/or list of addresses.
Service Address Vs Billing Address
Your service address is the physical address for which Charter services are installed or being installed. The Billing Address is the address you would like your billing statement sent to and may be different from your service address if you prefer.

Current Charter Customer
Charter.com Online ordering allows Current customers to:
- Check Service Availability
- View current offers and promotions
- Order an additional line of service, a line of service is defined as adding phone, adding internet, and or adding digital TV. We do not currently offer the ability to change existing services packages online or the ability to just add/order equipment or add additional TV channels.

If you are currently a Charter customer and would like to add services you can do so by:
Go Charter.com

Click "Current Customers"
Click "Log In"
Once logged in, click the "FIND DEALS" blue button. If you currently have Charter Phone, Charter TV and Charter Internet you will be directed to call to make changes.
Follow the prompts to complete your online order.
Please print your work order for your records.
View/Reschedule Pending Order
If you have an existing scheduled service change order you can view/reschedule your service visit through your My Account. To learn more about creating and what you can do with your My Account follow the quick link at the top of this article
Disconnecting Services
At this time you cannot disconnect services online. To change your services you can chat or call 1-888-438-242. To request a disconnect of all your Charter please call us at 1-888-438-2427
