Live it with Charter Transition

Why is Live It with Charter changing?
Charter is launching a new, enhanced program soon. We'll continue to offer many exciting sweepstakes prizes, but will also provide you with more interactive games, discounts and exclusive content than ever before.

What exactly is changing?
You will be able to enjoy the new program without having to use any points! As a result, points stop accruing effective June 17th; and Live it points will be completely eliminated when the program ends on August 14th. 

Stay tuned for additional announcements to learn more about the new, free program and how to enroll.

Are you replacing points with any other currency?
No. You will not need any currency to participate in the new program. 

What happens to my existing points?
You'll have until August 14th to use your remaining points. We'll offer more monthly sweepstakes than usual for you to use your remaining points, including entry for a chance to win an unprecedented number of monthly cash prizes. As soon as points expire on August 14th, you will no longer have access to your Live it account.

What if I have a question about the transition or my point balance?
E-mail membercare@liveitwithcharter.com with any questions related to the Live it program.

What happens if I don't use all my points?
Your point balance will automatically roll to 0 on August 14th. You'll have until then to use all remaining points in your account. Points won't be needed in the new program.

Can I apply my remaining points towards credits off my bill?
No. Points can only be used now through August 14th on Sweepstakes, Charter Days or Charter Store redemptions. Until August 14th, you can also continue to shop and earn cash back credits off your Charter bill at The CharterMall™. Points are never permitted to be exchanged for bill credits.

What happens to any cash back credits I receive(d) from the Charter Mall?
Cash back credits off any CharterMall purchases will be honored up until August 14th. For all eligible transactions before then, you'll receive an email notification when all credits have been posted to the account.

How can I sign up for the new program?
Registration will be fast, easy and simple. All details will be announced closer to the program start date.

Can I keep the same username and password?
No your Live it username and password will not be honored, and it will not be accessible once the new program launches. 

What other changes can we expect?
All exciting new program details and information on how to enroll will be announced soon.

What happens if I win a sweepstakes or redeem merchandise after points have expired?
All redemptions will be honored until August 14th. Some prizes and products will be delivered after Live it has expired due to the average prize fulfillment time (6-8 weeks).

Miscellaneous Questions

Will I still need a computer to access rewards program?
Yes, you can only access the new program via the internet.

Will the website be more phone/tablet friendly?
Yes, you'll be able to visit and engage with the new program on all mobile devices.

Is the Live It with Charter URL changing?
Yes, the new program will have a new URL.
http://www.liveitwithcharter.com will not be functional once points are voided. You will be redirected to the new site at that time.

Member Number and Password

Member Number

Your 16 digit Charter Account Number can be found at the top of your monthly bill. Your 10-digit Member Number can be found on many of the email communications you have received from Live It with Charter®. If you are currently a member, your member number can be found in the My Details section of the Live It with Charter website (www.liveitwithcharter.com). If you need assistance locating your Account Number or Member Number, contact us at membercare@liveitwithcharter.com.

Password

Your password is your personal code that lets you access all member features of the program website. You will be asked to create your password on your first visit. Simply follow the prompts to set it up. Your password must be at least six characters in length. Do not use special characters. Remember, for best security, it is always best to use a "smart password" - a combination of letters and numbers that are not easily guessed by others. And always keep your password confidential.

Redeem Live It Points

You can check your points balance at any time at http://www.liveitwithcharter.com/ 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Plus you will receive periodic statements via e-mail to show you how many Live It points you have. Your Member ID number, as well as your point balance can be conveniently found within the Live it with Charter Member Status section of your bill.

You can redeem your Live It points for sweepstakes entries and merchandise directly through the Live It with Charter® website. We'll notify you via e-mail when there's a new sweepstakes starting and when the next Charter Days are happening. Visit www.liveitwithcharter.com often to see the latest Sweepstakes and redemption offers.

Earning Cash Back Bill Credits Through The Charter Mall™

The CharterMall™ is just like a real shopping mall - except all of our retailers are online! Each online store offers different cash-back bill credit amounts when you shop through the CharterMall™. As you shop, you accrue credits that are applied toward your Charter bill on a quarterly basis. For example, if you made a $100 purchase from Merchant A, who offers a 3% cash-back credit, you'd get a $3 cash-back credit applied to your Charter bill at the end of the quarter. So whenever you shop online make Charter Mall™ your first stop.

How Charter Mall Cash-Back Credits Work

When you shop Charter Mall™ merchants, you get a percentage of your purchases as cash-back credits toward your Charter subscriptions. For example, if you made a $100 purchase from Merchant A, who offers a 3% cash-back credit, you'd get a $3 cash-back credit applied to your Charter bill at the end of the quarter. You must be a member in good standing in order to receive your credits. Please read the terms and conditions for further details. Learn more.

How Much Earned Per Purchase And When Cash-Back Credit Appears

Here's an example of how it works: if you made a $100 purchase from Merchant A, who offers a 3% credit, you'd get a $3 cash-back credit applied to your Charter bill after the end of the applicable quarter (quarters end in March, June, September and December), depending on when you made the purchase. Remember that each merchant provides a different percentage, and restrictions do apply. Please read the terms and conditions for further details.

You'll usually see your cash-back subscription credit on the first or second Charter bill after the end of the quarter in which you made the purchase. However, if you made the purchase toward the end of the quarter, you may not see the credit until after the end of the next quarter.

Cash Back Credit Limit

Individual members can earn a maximum of $500 in cash back bill credit during any given quarter. Cash back credit accumulated above $500 will be forfeited.
