Charter Internet Plus, Max (grandfathered), or Ultra100 subscribers get EPIX on charter.net, for no additional charge on EpixHD.com and streaming to internet-connected devices. Additional access to EPIX on TV and EPIX On Demand requires a Charter TV and EPIX subscription.

Content
EPIX is a single channel service focusing on providing more choices by including content via Video On Demand (VOD) and online via charter.net/epix
EPIX shows movies produced and released from the three studios it partners with, as well as concerts and exclusive comedy events.
- Paramount Pictures (which includes MTV Films and Nickelodeon), MGM (which includes United Artists) and Lionsgate Entertainment (which includes Mandate Pictures).
- Recently released movies and older films released between 1970 and 1999.
- During the time a movie or event is on EPIX it is exclusive to EPIX and is not on any other network or premium channel.
- EPIX content does not exceed an "R" rating for movies.
One-hundred-fifty titles are available simultaneously on the premium channel and On Demand. Plus over 1500 titles are available online
Movies cannot be downloaded or recorded from charter.net/epix or EpixHD.com

Logging into EPIX
Log in at either charter.net/epix or at Charter.epixhd.com. If you subscribe to Charter Internet you have to login to EPIX with your charter.net email address, password and service address zip code. If you subscribe to Charter internet service and have not yet obtained a Charter email address you will need to do so before being able to log into EPIX online. You can create up to 10 email addresses through your My Account for your household. Each of these charter.net email addresses can be used for accessing EPIX online content.

Charter Internet Subscriber Login
If you subscribe to Charter Internet you have to login to EPIX with your charter.net email address, password and service address zip code. If you subscribe to Charter internet service and have not yet obtained a Charter email address you will need to do so before being able to log into EPIX online. Non Charter Internet Subscriber Login
If you do not subscribe to Charter Internet you have to log in with your Charter My Account username, password and service address zip code.
You can set up additional logins for viewing online video content such as EPIX at charter.net/onlinevideoaccounts.

To have the best experience with EPIX Online Content, you will need the following software installed on your computer:
- Internet Explorer 7.0 or above, Firefox 3 or above, or Safari 3.0 (Mac / PC), or Google Chrome. IE6 is not supported.
- JavaScript and Cookies must be enabled
- Adobe Flash Player 10 or above.
- Macintosh OS X 10.4, 10.5, or 10.6, Microsoft Windows XP SP2, Microsoft Windows 7, or Windows Vista
If you do not have the latest versions of browser or plug-in, or do not know if you meet the system requirements, you can check and then upload them using Charter’s interface.
To access the interface, click on the "Get Downloads and Plug Ins" link at the very bottom of the charter.net page.

Supported Devices
Watching EPIX movies and shows is currently available on Xbox 360, Android devices & tabelts, iOS (Apple) devices & iPads, Roku, BlackBerry PlayBook, and Google TV. The EPIX app is available as a free download from each platform’s store/marketplace. An Xbox LIVE Gold membership is required to access EPIX on Xbox 360.
Log In
You will use the same Charter credentials for the mobile devices and tablets as you would for the online content. Charter Internet subscribers must log in with your Charter.net Email address. TV only subscribers must use your Charter My Account login.
Parental Controls
EPIX Online Parental Controls
The Charter Head of Household account can set the viewing permissions for all account holders by visiting http://www.charter.net/videoparentalcontrols. By default, all sub accounts are set to TV-14 and TV-PG.

Also, The Charter Head of Household account can set the viewing permissions for all account holders by visiting http://charter.net/customization and selecting "Manage Accounts" link.
Note: You may need to log out and log back in for parental control settings to take effect. If you are logging in and out with multiple users and changing parental controls on the same browser, you may also need to clear your browser’s cookies. To delete cookies in Internet Explorer, click on "Tools" and then "Internet Options". From here you can delete temporary files and cookies. In Firefox, select "Tools" and "Clear Recent History".
