Big Ten Network 2 Go (BTN2Go) is a 24/7 simulcast of the Big Ten Network (BTN), featuring live games, on demand original programming, and archived Big Ten Conference content, available online to all customers who receive Big Ten Network as part of their Charter TV service.

Big Ten Network (BTN) is a partnership between Fox Network and the Big Ten Conference, and focuses specifically on sports-related activities surrounding the Big Ten Conference schools.
The Big Ten Conference is comprised of 12 universities, located in the states of Minnesota, Wisconsin, Michigan, Illinois, Iowa, Indiana, Ohio, Nebraska & Pennsylvania. (Note: Charter does not serve customers in Indiana, Iowa and Pennsylvania).
Big Ten Conference schools are: Minnesota, Wisconsin, Michigan State, Michigan, Northwestern (Chicago area), Illinois, Purdue (Indiana), Indiana, Penn State, Iowa, Ohio State and Nebraska.
BTN is one of several programmers with rights to telecast Big Ten sporting events, specifically football and basketball. ABC, CBS, NBC, ESPN, ESPN2, ESPNU, CBS College Sports and Versus will continue to provide many Big Ten Conference televised events. With a 24-hour channel devoted to the Big Ten Conference, a wider variety of programming is offered on the channel for those viewers who are interested in sports and specifically follow Big Ten Conference sports.
Telecasts of college football games are determined on a week by week basis. In most cases, there will be at least 2 live Big Ten football games per week on BTN.
BTN2Go is a 24/7 simulcast of BTN, featuring live games, on demand original programming, and archived Big Ten Conference programs, available online.
All Charter customers who receive BTN as part of their Charter TV service and have access to a computer can receive BTN2Go at no additional cost.
At launch, charter.net/BTN will have the live feed only. On Demand content will be added in a future release
Access / Login
Charter Internet with Charter TV
You will need to Login to BTN2Go with your Charter.net Email Address.
If you have a Charter Email Address you can access / log in to BTN2Go from:
If you have a Charter My Account and do not have a Charter Email Address.
You will need to create one:
- Login to your My Account
- Click 'Online Tools'.
- Click 'Add New Email'
- Enter Email Address and Password click 'Save'

Charter TV without Charter Internet
You will need to use your My Account username and password and service address zip code to login toBTN2Go.

System Requirements
BTN2Go requires the following minimum system requirements:
- An Adobe Flash Player with version 10.0 or higher.
- An Internet connection of 3.0Mbps or greater (for HD content).
- For Windows: An Intel Pentium 4 3GHz processor (or equivalent) with 512MB RAM/128MB of VRAM. For Windows: Internet Explorer 6.0 or greater, Mozilla Firefox 2.0 or greater or Google Chrome 3.0 or greater.
- For a Macintosh: An Intel Core Duo 1.83GHz or faster processor, 512MB of RAM/128MB of VRAM.
- For a Mac OS X: Safari 3.0 or greater or Mozilla Firefox 2.0 or greater.
If you do not have the latest versions of browser or plug-in, or do not know if you meet the system requirements, you can check and then upload them using Charter’s interface.
To access the interface, click on the "Get Downloads and Plug Ins" link at the very bottom of the Charter.net page.

Mobile App
BTN2Go is available for smartphones and tablets running Android or iOS.

Troubleshooting
Can’t Login
To have access to BTN2Go you must subscribe to BTN as part of your Charter TV service. If you do not subscribe to BTN and would like to, please contact us.
If you subscribe to Charter Internet you must login using your charter.net email address and password. If you have Charter internet service and have never created a charter.net email address you will need to create one. Please refer to the Quick Links above to learn how to create a Charter.net email address .
If you do not subscribe to Charter Internet but subscribe to Charter TV and subscribe to BTN you will need to log into BTN2Go using your Charter My Account username and password to log in. If you have not set up your My Account or cannot remember your username and password, please refer to the quick link above "Create My Account/Charter Email Address" for information on setting up your My Account username and password.
