1. Go to charter.com/createaccount
2. Enter 16 digit account number and 4 digit security code- (found in upper left hand corner of your statement).
3. Complete the required fields.

Charter.net Email Address

1. Login to My Account at charter.com/myaccount
2. Click "Online Tools"
3. Click "Add New Email"
