Are you here because you want to log in to Charter.net or watch TV online or on the go?
If you don't already have one, start by creating a My Account username and password - click here. If you are a TV only customer, a My Account Username and Password are all you need – go use that information to login.
If you also have Charter internet, you’ll need to set up a Charter.net email address and password, which will then serve as your login for Charter.net and other TV sites - click here.
Charter TV® customers who do not have Charter Internet: Log in with My Account information.

Forgot Email Address/Password
To retrieve your Charter. net Email Address or reset your password through your My Account:
- Login to My Account
- Click "Online Tools"
- Complete the required fields
Can't Login
- Check to make sure your CAPS lock is off and your Num Lock is on
- Retry your login and password again - make sure you are using the @charter.net at the end of your email address
- Verify you are using your service address Zip code
- Make sure you are not using invalid characters
A Username may contain:
- Between 6 to 40 characters (no spaces)
- A combination of all alphabetic and numeric characters
- Allowed special characters: period (.), hyphen (-) and underscore (_)
Note: Uppercase alphabetic characters will default to lower case (they are not case sensitive)
A Password may contain:
- Must be between 8 and 20 characters
- May not include backslashes (\) or double quotes (")
- Are case sensitive
Create Email Address
If you have a Charter My Account and do not have a Charter Email Address, you will need to create one:
- Login to your My Account
- Click 'Online Tools'
- Click 'Add New Email'
- Enter Email Address and Password click 'Save'
If you do not have a Charter My Account you can still get a Charter Email Address by chatting or calling us at 1-888-438-2427 and we will create one for you.
Not a Charter Internet Customer
Forgot Username/Password
- Go to My Account Forgot Username/Password
- Complete the required fields and click "LogIn NOW"
Can't Login
- Check to make sure your CAPS lock is not on and your Num Lock is on
- Make sure you are using your My Account login. Don't have one? Create one.
- Verify you are using your service address Zip code
Create My Account
If you have not created a My Account Username and Password click here to get started:
- You will need your 16 digit account number –located in the upper left hand corner of your statement
- You will need your 4 digit security code–located in the upper left hand corner of your statement
