Follow the Steps below to connect your Samsung Smart TV to your Charter WiFi.

Wireless Connection

Press Menu on your remote and scroll to Network

Menu / Network

Set the Network Type to Wireless

Select Network Setup

Select Select a Network

Select your Network Name

Enter your WiFi password and press the Blue button on your Samsung remote

Your Samsung TV will attempt to connect to your Charter WiFi

When you are connected select OK

Note: You may need to power your TV off and on again for changes to take effect

Wired Connection

Connect one end of an Ethernet cable to the LAN port on your Samsung Smart TV

Connect the other end of the Ethernet cable to an open LAN port on your Charter WiFi gateway.

Note: The gateway pictured is just an example. The steps listed should work correctly for all gateway types

Press Menu on your remote and scroll to Network

Set the Network Type to Wired

Select Network Test to verify connectivity

Your Samsung Smart TV should now be connected
