Follow the Steps below to connect your Nintendo DS or DS Lite to your Charter WiFi
- Access the Nintendo Wi-Fi Connection settings. (These settings are typically found by selecting Nintendo WFC from the game's main menu)
- At the Setup screen, tap Nintendo Wi-Fi Connection Settings

- Tap on a connection listed as None. (If no connection is listed as None, erase the settings on one of the 3 connections listed)

- Tap on Search for an Access Point

- The Nintendo DS/DS Lite will search for any wireless networks within range. Once it is finished searching, it will display the names of all the wireless networks it finds. What to do next will depend on the Lock Icon you see next to your network on the Nintendo DS/DS Lite

No Security
- Tap on your Network Name
- Tap on OK
- Tap on Save Settings
- Tap on Yes
The Nintendo DS/DS Lite will test your connection.
WEP Security
Enter your router's WEP key (WiFi password) into the Nintendo DS/DS Lite. Click here for information on finding your WiFi password
- Tap on your Network Name
- Tap on OK
- Tap on Save Settings
- Tap on Yes
The Nintendo DS/DS Lite will test your connection.
WPA Security
The Nintendo DS/DS Lite is not compatible with WPA security.
If you would still like to connect your Nintendo DS/DS Lite you will need to either change your router's security to WEP or disable security entirely.
Note: Any changes made to your routers security settings affect other devices that connect wirelessly to your network
