Follow the Steps below to connect your PSP to your Charter WiFi
Before you begin, make sure the WLAN switch is set to the ON position 
Note: The PSP is only compatible with the 802.11b wireless standard. Click here for more information
- Select Network Settings
under Settings

- Select Infrastructure Mode

- Select New Connection

- Select Scan. The system searches for nearby access points

- Select your SSID (Network Name)

- Select the type of security that you use. None, WEP, WPA-PSK (TKIP), WPA-PSK (AES)
- Enter the encryption key (WiFi password) for the security settings. Note: The encryption key field displays eight asterisks no matter how many characters you enter as the key

- Select Easy

- Enter a name for the connection

- Check the list of settings

- Save the settings

- Test the connection

- Confirm the connection test results. If the connection is successful, information about the network connection is displayed

If the connection test fails, follow the on-screen instructions to check the settings. Network settings for the connection can be changed from the Options Menu
Depending on the access point settings, you may need to enter the system's MAC address to connect to the network. The system's MAC address can be checked under Settings
> System Settings
> System Information
