Memorex Blu-Ray Player WiFi Connection

Follow the Steps below to connect your Memorex Blu-Ray Player to your Charter WiFi.

For model: MVBD2535GPH

Wireless Connection

Before beginning make sure NO DISC is inserted in the tray

1. Press the HOME/SETUP  button on your Memorex remote to access the setup screen
2. Use the  buttons to highlight Settings
3. Press the  button
4. If you are not connected to a Wired or Wireless network you should see an error message prompting you to press the Red Color button to bring up the Wired/Wireless option. Press the Red Colorbutton
5. Use the  buttons to highlight Wireless
6. Press the  button
7. Use the  buttons to highlight Network List
8. Press the  button. A list of available networks will appear
9. Use the  buttons to highlight your network name
10. Press the Enter button
11. If the network does not use security, a checkmark  will appear and you will be connected to the internet
12. If the network uses security, the next screen will allow you to enter the security key (Wireless password)
13. Press the Enter button to bring up the keyboard
14. Enter the security key (Wireless password)
15. Use the  buttons to change the letters/numbers and press Enter to select each letter/number
16. Press the x key to act as a Shift in order to make capital letters
17. When you are finished entering your password click Done
18. Click Connect to finish. A checkmark  will appear and you will be connected to the internet

Wired Connection

1. Connect one end of an Ethernet cable to the LAN port on your Memorex Blu-Ray Player

2. Connect the other end of the Ethernet cable to an open LAN port on your Charter WiFi gateway.

Note: The gateway pictured is just an example. The steps listed should work correctly for all gateway types

Before continuing make sure NO DISC is inserted in the tray

3. Press the HOME/SETUP  button on your Memorex remote to access the setup screen
4. Use the  buttons to highlight Settings
5. Press the  button
6. Use the  buttons to highlight Wired
7. Press the Enter button
8. Your Memorex Blu-Ray player will automatically be configured to access the internet. If successful, you will see the message: Wired network connection successfully set up
